After 14 days, you choose either the Silver plan ($9.99/month) or the Gold plan ($19.99/month). If you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only — you can still see everything, but you won't be able to add new content until you subscribe.
Yes. Cancel from your Account page with one click. Your subscription continues until the end of your billing period. We never delete your content when you cancel — it stays in read-only mode.
Never — unless you explicitly set up a delivery rule and instruct us to. You are always in complete control of when, how, and whether what you've created is shared with anyone.
Silver includes journals, photos, letters, and recipes with 5GB of storage. Gold adds voice memos, video uploads, the family tree builder, delivery scheduling, 50GB of storage, and priority support.
You can download your content anytime from your account. We believe your memories belong to you, not to us.
